City by the Sea - The Movie

I've always been a de Niro fan since watching his classics: Taxi Driver, The Deer Hunter, The Mission and The Godfather. But in the last so many years, while his counterpart Al Pacino has released bigger-than-life movies like Scent of a Woman, Insomnia, Carlito's Way, etc., de Niro passed on some very good roles and started playing bit roles like in Sleepers, A Bronx Tale and The Fan. In Good Fellas, he should have played Joe Pesci's role�same thing with Casino. This latest movie, even while he plays protagonist, falls way below what you might call a classic. It's not a bad movie, but for a de Niro film, it's a bit lightweight.
