Morning Kriya

I've always done my Kriya immediately before going to bed. It's so potent, it knocks me out before my head touches the pillow. It's hard to imagine how a simple breathing technique can produce such a powerful and immediate effect. This timing also allows my body to absorb all the prana that I've ingested as I sleep. However, tradition dictates that it be done first thing in the morning as a foundation for the day. Since I woke up earlier than usual, I thought I'd do my Kriya. Its potency cannot be underestimated. In my relaxation mode, I fell again into a sleep and didn't wake up until an hour later - I was late for work.

However, the day was sunnier and brighter for me. The good vibe was apparent and carried me through the rest of the day including my workout.
