    After much anticipation among devotees and enthusiasts around the world, the Indian Motorcycle Company Inc. is extremely proud to announce its intention to reestablish the Indian Motorcycle global brand.

    Immediate plans include the manufacture of the 1999 Indian Chief Motorcycle which will recreate all the mystique of the legendary original. The first Indian Motorcycle Café, a true entertainment center and restaurant, will also be opening in December 1998, in Toronto, Canada.

    The Indian Motorcycle Company, through successful negotiations and operations in Canada, has also begun other significant business development and licensing efforts. The company is now strategically positioned to further expand its consolidation plans around the globe.

    The future plans for the company are very exciting. Its corporate mission is to create a diversified, powerful brand name in several different sectors. This will be accomplished by reviving a name once associated with one of history's greatest motorcycles. Capitalizing on proven and successful business trends, the Indian Motorcycle Company is currently embarking on an expansion strategy. This involves the diversification of its Buenos operation, in order to establish a strong presence for the Indian Motorcycle brand name in retail, merchandising, hospitality and international brand licensing.

    The Indian Motorcycle Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Indian Motorcycle Clothing Company Inc., currently operates a successful wholesale and merchandise distribution business with over 250 retail clients from coast to coast in Canada.

    The Indian Motorcycle Company is divided into four diverse business sectors:

    The Motorcycle Sales & Service Division is undertaking the acquisition and refurbishment of antique Indian Motorcycles for use in corporate retail stores and for resale to the collector market. Furthermore, the Indian Motorcycle Company has developed a 1999 heavy cruiser motorcycle that will maintain the elegance and style of the vintage models while incorporating all the many technological advances of the 1990's. Early market indications suggest that the Limited-Edition 1999 Chief will be a great success.

    The Merchandise Divisionconsolidates the production and distribution of all licensed apparel, accessories and other merchandise, including supplying company-owned retail stores.

    The Hospitality Division will operate a chain of entertainment centers called The Indian Motorcycle Café and Lounge. The first location will open to the public in mid-December of 1998 in a prestige location in the arts and entertainment district of downtown Toronto, Ontario. The Indian Motorcycle Company plans to launch more of these entertainment centers in strategic locations in North American markets.

    The Licensing Division currently has licensees and is negotiating licensing rights in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom. In Canada, rights have been successfully licensed for apparel, restaurants, toys, lighters, watches, sunglasses and many more accessory products.

    One of the company's main objective is to consolidate Indian Motorcycle trademarks and licensing rights, to manage the operating companies to further exploit trademark license opportunities, and to expand corporate-owned operations such as wholesale distribution, restaurants and retail stores. The Indian Motorcycle Company will pursue many international trademark licenses and acquisitions opportinities.

    The Indian Motorcycle Company has assembled a highly qualified management team with diverse experience in starting and running a variety of successful businesses. The management team for each subsidiary comprises veterans in each respective field, and leading consultants will be contracted to provide appropriate guidance and input in the areas of financial public relations, restaurant management and design, advertising, retail management and licensing.
