What's Wrong with the Picture?
Where I'm staying, the guesthouse owner has an ongoing construction to improve the place. There were lots of workers carrying heavy rocks, soil and limestone as filler. They were all the contruction-worker type - rough hewn and spartan. But then I noticed another guy who was obviously bayot (Visaya for gay). He walks with a pelvic grind, demure in her demeanor and acting ultra-feminine.

Ending Thoughts
To see a bayot carry heavy payload on his back as a construction worker felt wrong. Sorry to sound like a sexist or even to stereotype, but shouldn't he be cutting hair or manucuring nails in some salon?
